About Farmington Valley Quilter Meetings
Meetings are held on the third Wednesday of each month at Eno Memorial Hall, 754 Hopmeadow Street, Simsbury, CT 06070. The meeting begins at 7:00 PM. Guests are always welcome to attend meetings and a guest fee of $10 is requested. Our monthly meetings include a short business meeting, Show & Tell by members, and a lecture, demonstration, or hands-on workshop.
The guild offers members and guests many opportunities for inspiration and knowledge, encouragement and friendship. Membership is open to anyone who is interested in quilting! No previous quilting experience is necessary.
Members and nationally known quilters offer workshops throughout the year. Members of the guild may participate in several ongoing activities such as Friendship Blocks, and an annual Quilt Challenge. Members may also participate in Mystery Night, the fabric swap program and the creation of quilts for charitable organizations.
